Last Day

2nd January:

Today was the last day of our tour. Obviously we were very upset that again we have to return back to our daily and hectic life. As usual we woke up early in the morning as we would be going for Elephant Safari. We were ready at 6 O'clock as we have managed to get morning slot for Elephant safari but the only thing we faced with was Joydeb da's punctuality. We waited for nearly 2 hours before Joydev da came. But as we know he's the one who can do everything, he said he'll manage to do the Elephant safari. But anyway we reached the place just before the safari was getting closed.

Elephant Safari

showing bravery

One horned Rhinoceros in Kaziranga

two Rhinos

Rhino Calf

Experience in Kaziranga was ok but I would prefer to go to Zoo than Kaziranga. Hardly you could see animals in Kaziranga. They kept two or three Rhinos in front of people for the tourist attraction but truth is we are not allowed to enter into the actual territory. Anyway we enjoyed Elephant ride.

So this was the end of our much awaited Arunachal Pradesh tour, we expected more but got very less, leaves a very narrow chance to revisit Tawang. But as life will go on we'll also look forward to walk another unknown path.

This trip of yours was very adventurous, entertaining and beautiful. I really want to thank you for staring this ...

But I also man to make some suggestions which could help others who want to go there. These are some information like:

1. Detailed cost breakage from start to the end of journey(From boarding flight and all...).
2. Total trip days for seeing best spots etc
3. What are the best spot
4. Time to visit.... all kind of best time not just winter...
5. If to be done in 5 days(Basically if someone takes a vacation of 5 working days very common in IT industries) then which spot to select(Definitely should include travel time like flight, train etc.)
6. Clothes and other requirements according to when trip was made or what did you took for your trip...
7. Could we go there in summer... because some people can't bear extreme cold...

I think you might be in cloud nine when you were in high altitude..you proved that you
were desperadoes..:P Baisakhi picture was too amazing which i really liked alot..I couldn"t even imagine that i can see a frozen lake which this blog gives

Maybe the trip wasn't as good as you would have liked, but the comments here make up for it.

Consider my eyes mesmerized and myself enjoyed.

Very nicely described. I enjoyed every line of this blog and also got some important info which will help me in my proposed visit of Arunachal/Tawang in March this year. Thanks Ambar
